From 1st to 18th July Celebrate Wirral presents a 'snapshot' of what and who makes Wirral special throughout the year.
Shows, venues, sport, leisure, displays and exhibitions, arts, crafts, walks and talks, bands, orchestras, recreation, broadcasting, design, musicals, opera, public art, transport, scarecrows and people, nature, cemeteries, ferries, parks, theatre, faith, galleries, history and heritage.
The 2004 Festival Programme is the start of a project to raise the profile of events and activities in Wirral and develop a 'platform' for support and promotion of everyone who is 'doing it' - whatever 'it' might be!
If your event/activity/organisation doesn't feature in this year's programme (and not everyone can!) don't hide it under a bushel! We are relying on you to paint the most fantastic picture of activities on Wirral so we will be asking you to send us details of your activities, events, organisations, groups and so on.
